The wait is almost over! Elysian Fields, located in the stadium district south of downtown Seattle and in the historical neighborhood of Pioneer Square, will reopen its doors full-time for the first time since March 2020 on Thursday, February 24.
Elysian’s new Head Chef Matt Sclesky, who offers extensive knowledge of Seattle’s brewery scene, completely reimagined the pub’s offerings, designing an all-new gastropub-inspired menu. Among the new menu dishes are Beer Cheese Mac, the Fields Reuben, and Chili Cheese Nachos, each designed to pair perfectly with the full range of Elysian beers on tap, such as Elysian’s Space Dust IPA, Contact Haze Hazy IPA, and Full Contact Imperial Hazy IPA.
Offering front, mezzanine, and back dining, as well as a brand new satellite patio bar with outdoor speakers, Elysian Fields has been a Seattle mainstay since it first opened in 2006 and has become the go-to place for Seattle sports fans to gather while cheering on their home team before, during or after games..
Marking the reopening this Thursday, Elysian Fields will welcome back Sounders fans for the team’s upcoming match against Motagua in the second leg of the CONCACAF Champions League. Hope to see you there!
