“The Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Town Center marks The Hotel Group’s 50th new hotel opening in our 36-year history,” said Doug Dreher, President and CEO of The Hotel Group.  “THG is thrilled to work with Kauri Investments and Washington Holdings on this new hotel with our best in class team who will continue to serve, inspire and deliver maximum investment value for our client partners, even during these uncertain times.”

The six-story Hilton Garden Inn Redmond will offer guests an ideal balance of modern amenities and warm design. Signature brand bedding, in-room Keurig Coffee, miniature refrigerators, and expansive workstations provide comfort and function. Downtown and lush greenery views bring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest inside each room. The hotel’s 9,000 square feet of unique and flexible meeting space caters to a multitude of events, from high-powered board meetings to 300-person cocktail receptions.

For those seeking to maintain their fitness routine while traveling, Hilton Garden Inn Redmond’s 1,740 square foot, 24-hour fitness center is one of the largest in the market.  With floor to ceiling windows and innovative equipment, including a private area for yoga, guests can maximize their workout without competing for gym space.

“With the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn, business and leisure travelers now have a new and conveniently located hotel to enjoy in Redmond, featuring Hilton’s CleanStay with Lysol protection, the brand’s enhanced standard of cleanliness,” stated Jeff Isenberg, General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Redmond Town Center. “At a later date, we will be opening our restaurant Fork + Spoke Bar & Bites offering a menu featuring high quality, small-batch, locally sourced ingredients for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour.  Redmond is a dynamic city and home to numerous tech companies, as well as a multitude of outdoor and recreational activities and we are excited to join the community.”

Home to Microsoft’s headquarters, Redmond has quickly become the backyard for many Fortune 500 tech companies and a playground to their employees.  Known as the bicycle capital of the Pacific Northwest, Redmond offers a great variety of cycling activities and nearby Marymoor Park features more than 600 acres of walking and biking trails, along with dozens of annual events. This and many more activities are mere steps from the hotel.
