This unique, chocolate-inspired dinner will be a rare opportunity for guests to taste and experience Chef Tarik’s delicious culinary creations. The five-course BOHARAT menu will include dishes inspired by the countries of Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Cameroon and the Ivory Coast. In addition to delicious food and cocktail pairings, guests will enjoy abbreviated “Experience Chocolate” tours, led by Seattle Chocolate and jcoco chocolate CEO, Jean Thompson.
Chef Tarik’s cuisine is inspired by the tastes and flavors of his childhood, growing up in a Muslim family and broader community where ethnic foods were the norm. His culinary creations honor traditions from north Africa and the Mediterranean.
