On Thursday, November 10, 2016, the Hard Rock Cafe Seattle will host the local round of the fourth annual Global BARocker Competition, showcasing talented and larger-than-life bartenders as they show off their masterful mixology skills for a chance to be named Hard Rock’s Global BARocker Champion.

The competition will be hosted by Seattle’s The Wolf 100.7 host, Ellen Tailor and Sommelier Christopher Chan of Happy Hour Radio. Competitors will be evaluated on several elements, including recipe and bar knowledge, accuracy, speed, flair and showmanship.

Guests are encouraged to join in on the fun and cheer on Hard Rock Cafe Seattle’s local BARocker winner as they battle for a spot in the global finals. Seattle’s first place winner will advance to the next round of the competition and will also take home a 3D copper 2016 BARocker pin and an exclusive prize pack.

Local winners will move on to the regional rounds where thirteen bartenders from around the world will advance to compete in the final BARocker showdown at Hard Rock’s annual Global Conference in Panama City, Panama, in January 2017. The Global BARocker Champion will receive a 3D gold 2017 BARocker pin, a “2017 BARocker of the Year” Fender guitar, trophy, BARocker apparel, and an all-expenses-paid trip for two to one of Hard Rock’s all-inclusive resort properties. Additionally, the Global BARocker Champion’s winning drink will be featured on Hard Rock’s exclusive beverage menu for a limited time.
