The dinner includes a four-course beer pairing menu, created by Suncadia’s Executive Chef Clay Blake with inspiration from DRU BRU.
Head Brewer, Dru Ernst, has created European-inspired beers showcasing deep flavors, using unfiltered Snoqualmie Pass Mountain water, imported German malts and Yakima Valley hops. DRU BRU offers a Wit (Belgian Wheat Ale), Kolsch (German Style Ale), Hop Session (an Indian Pale Ale), IPA (another Indian Pale Ale), Alt (German Copper Ale), Schwarzbier (German Black Ale), an Oktoberfest in the fall and two experimental beers, the Brewer’s Choice IPA and a Nano (available in small batches). Check out their location near The Summit at Snoqualmie off I-90.
As part of the resort’s annual Harvest Festival, the BrewMaker Dinner will be held in the authentic New Nelson Farm Pavilion on Suncadia’s resort property. Suncadia Resort also offers many different activities and accommodations, so feel free to spend your whole weekend checking out the resort!
